Fortefog Maxi Fumer is a ready-to-use insecticidal smoke generator that clears flying and crawling insects from large enclosed spaces where spraying is awkward or impractical. Charged with 13.25% w/w permethrin, it releases a dense insecticidal smoke that drifts into cracks, crevices, ducting and other hard-to-reach corners, treating up to 1,000 m³ in a single burn. That makes it ideal for sanitising empty grow rooms, grow tents, greenhouses and commercial facilities between crops.

Hidden pests surviving between grows?
Insects feed on foliage, spread disease and drag down plant health and yields, and many shelter out of reach in corners, ducting and inaccessible spaces where sprays never land. Fortefog Maxi Fumer fills the whole air volume with insecticidal smoke to reach those hidden pests, making it especially useful between cycles to sanitise the space before new plants go in and cut the risk of a recurring infestation.
How to Use
- Remove all people, pets and exposed food; cover or remove aquariums and switch off air extraction.
- Work out how many fumers you need for the space — one Maxi treats up to 1,000 m³ for flying insects, with lower coverage for crawling insects and heavy infestations.
- Stand the fumer on a heat-resistant surface in the centre of the room.
- Light the fuse and leave immediately, closing all doors and windows behind you.
- Keep the area sealed for at least 2-3 hours, ideally overnight.
- Ventilate thoroughly before re-entry.
- For severe infestations, repeat at 5-7 day intervals. Always read and follow the product label before use.
