Big Bloom is a liquid additive rather than an aggressive phosphorus-potassium booster in the sense its name suggests - it is a carefully selected blend built around bat guano and earthworm castings, aimed at general vitality and immediate nutrient availability rather than one specific growth stage. It is OMRI Listed and a registered CDFA Organic Input Material, and is designed to run continuously alongside FoxFarm's other liquid feeds.
Bat guano has been used as a fertiliser for centuries, and combined with earthworm castings it creates a nutrient-rich mix that supports multiple bloom and seed formation while feeding the microbial life in the root zone. That is why it is used throughout the grow rather than confined to flowering, complementing a nitrogen-led vegetative feed and a phosphorus-led bloom feed by working on uptake and root-zone health rather than duplicating either one.
It is gentle enough to use at every watering, added to the watering container or run through drip irrigation, and suits seedlings and transplants at a reduced rate as well as full-strength feeding through veg and bloom.
