Description

More drying space from one hook, with air through every tier

The Garden HighPro ProDry Drying Net is a hanging, multi-tier drying rack for herbs, flowers, chillies, hops and other plant material. Each round tier is made from black micro-perforated mesh, so air reaches the material from above and below, and stabiliser bands between the tiers keep the stack evenly spaced instead of twisting or sagging as it fills. Choose the ProDry V1, built from two-tier sections that clip together so you can take off the tiers you do not need, in 55cm (4 tiers), 75cm (6 tiers) or 95cm (6 tiers, with a centre support), or the ProDry Basic, with 8 tiers at 55cm or 90cm across.

Key Benefits

  • Micro-perforated mesh tiers let air pass through the material on both faces for even drying.
  • Stabiliser bands between tiers stop the stack twisting, sagging or collapsing under load.
  • Removable tiers on the V1 – clip two-tier sections on or off to match the batch: up to 4 tiers on the 55cm and 6 on the 75cm and 95cm.
  • Centre support on the 95cm carries the extra weight of the widest tiers.
  • Eight tiers on the Basic for the most drying levels from a single hanging point.
  • Heavy-duty hanging clips – hang it from a grow tent bar, a ceiling hook or a beam.

Damp Patches and Mould When Drying

Plant material piled on a solid tray or bunched together dries unevenly: the undersides stay damp, humidity builds up inside the pile and grey mould (botrytis) can take hold before the outside is even dry. Spread in a single layer on open mesh, every piece has air on both sides, so moisture leaves evenly and the room's humidity stays manageable. Stacking the tiers vertically gives you the drying area of several trays in the floor space of one, which matters in a small drying room or a grow tent between crops.

How to Use

  • Hang it from a single sturdy hook or tent bar in a dark, well-ventilated space, out of direct sun.
  • Load one layer per tier – spread material out without overlapping so air can reach every piece.
  • Keep air moving gently with an oscillating fan aimed around the room rather than straight at the net.
  • Watch the humidity with a hygrometer, and check and turn the material daily until it reaches the dryness you want.
  • On the V1, unclip unused sections to keep the net compact for smaller batches.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the V1 and the Basic?

The V1 is made of two-tier sections that clip together, so you can remove tiers for smaller batches; the 95cm adds a centre support for its wider tiers. The Basic has eight tiers, at 55cm or 90cm across, giving the most drying levels from one hanging point.

Where can I hang it?

From any sturdy hook, bar or beam with enough clear drop below it – a grow tent crossbar, a ceiling hook in a spare room or a shed beam all work. Pick a dark, airy spot away from direct sun.

Can I dry anything other than herbs?

Yes. Flowers, chillies, hops, seed heads and other plant material all dry well on the mesh tiers – keep it to a single layer per tier and turn it as it dries.
