How to Use

Sow seeds or set cuttings directly into the growing trays, fill the reservoir base, and fit the capillary matting so it stays in contact with both the water and the tray beneath. Position the light 15-20cm above the canopy and run it for 12-16 hours a day, raising it as plants grow; top up the reservoir roughly every 1-2 weeks.
