Description
A Shallow, Budget-Priced Tray for Big Footprints
The Garland Value Square Tray is a low-cost option for growers who need a large flat catch area but not the full 12cm depth of Garland's standard Work Trays. At 5cm deep, it's built from recycled polypropylene and sized for benching large numbers of pots, catching run-off under a flood table, or general spillage protection.
Key Benefits
- Large flat capacity — 100cm x 100cm or 120cm x 120cm footprints cover a full bench or floor area
- Shallow 5cm profile — sits lower and uses less material than a deep work tray, keeping the price down
- Ridged internal base — shallow horizontal ridges aid drainage away from pots sitting in the tray
- Recycled polypropylene construction — tough and durable for repeat seasonal use
- Doubles as a general catch tray — equally useful for spillage protection outside the grow room
A Big Catch Area Without Paying for Depth
A full-depth work tray is the right choice when a tray needs to hold standing water or a flood-and-drain bed, but a lot of grow room jobs — benching pots, catching drips, protecting a floor — only need a flat, wide base. The Value Square Tray gives that large footprint at a shallower profile and a lower price than the equivalent 12cm-deep tray.
How to Use
- Stand pots or a flood table directly on the tray to catch drips and run-off
- Use flat as a mixing, spillage or general utility tray around the grow space
- Wipe or hose down between uses — the ridged base helps water run off rather than pool
- Not intended for standing deep water as a flood-and-drain bed — for that, our deeper 12cm Garland Work Trays are the better fit
