Gorilla 720W LED Gen-3 – Full Spectrum Light for Tents

A 6-bar 720W LED built to cover a 1.5m x 1.5m canopy without hotspots

The Gorilla 720W LED Gen-3 spreads its 1,944 µmol/s of full-spectrum PPF across six foldable bars, running at 2.7 µmol/J efficiency with an integrated driver and no external ballast to wire in. Average PPFD across a 1.5m x 1.5m area at 50cm comes out at 672 µmol/m²/s, with a peak of 1,090 µmol/m²/s at the centre point, giving even coverage across the whole canopy rather than a single hot spot under the middle of the fixture.

Key Benefits

• 1,944 µmol/s PPF at 2.7 µmol/J efficiency from a 720W draw.
• 6-bar foldable design spreads light evenly across a 1.5m x 1.5m canopy and folds flat for transport and storage.
• Onboard dimming at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, plus 0–10V external control for use with a lighting controller.
• Integrated driver — no separate ballast, fewer points of failure and a cleaner install.
• UK and EU cables included, ready to plug in either market's socket.
• 50,000 hour rated lifespan backed by a 2-year warranty.

A single-panel LED or an unevenly spaced multi-bar fixture can leave the edges of a canopy well short of the light intensity at the centre, slowing growth and uneven flowering across the tent. Six evenly spaced bars spread output across the full footprint, supporting more consistent vegetative growth and flowering from the corners to the centre rather than just directly under the fixture.

How to Use

• Hang and unfold: mount using the frame's hanging points and unfold the bars to their full spread.
• Set your height: position for your target PPFD — lower for more intensity, higher for wider, gentler coverage.
• Dial in output: use the onboard dimmer for standalone control, or wire into a controller via the 0–10V input.
• Adjust through the grow: run lower output for young plants and ramp up as the canopy fills in and matures.
