Description
Stop Dirt and Pests Walking Into Your Grow Room
The Grofilm Sticky Mat is a peel-off tacky mat for the doorway of a grow room, tent or propagation area. It measures 24 x 36 inches (about 61 x 91cm) and is made of 30 numbered layers of sticky film. The backing adheres to the floor, and every step across it lifts dust, soil, leaf debris and small particles off shoes and trolley wheels before they reach your plants. When the top sheet is dirty, peel it away and a fresh one is underneath.
Key Benefits
- 30 tear-off layers - a clean surface every time you peel a sheet
- Numbered sheets so you can see at a glance how many are left
- Self-adhesive backing - stays put on the floor with no frame needed
- Traps fine debris from footwear and wheels at the entrance
- Large 24 x 36 inch surface - room for a full stride
Why Grow Room Hygiene Starts at the Door
Most contamination walks in. Soil from the garden, dust from the house and plant debris from another room all travel on footwear, and with them come fungus gnat larvae, mites and mould spores looking for warm, humid conditions. A sticky mat at the entrance is a simple barrier that cuts down what reaches the floor of your grow room, and it pairs well with shoe covers and a tidy entry routine.
How to Use
- Prepare: sweep and dry the floor where the mat will sit
- Lay: peel the backing and press the mat flat just inside or outside the doorway
- Activate: remove the protective top film to expose the first sticky layer
- Replace: peel off the top sheet once it looks dusty or loses its grip, working from the tab corner
