Description
Fan-assisted heat for greenhouses, sheds and grow tents
The Grow Gadgets Greenhouse Heater is a steel-cased fan heater built to keep a grow space above freezing through the colder months. A thermostat and fan combination draws in cool air, heats it across the internal element and pushes it back out, covering the whole space rather than leaving cold pockets near the walls.
Key Benefits
- Three heat settings — fan only, fan with one element, or fan with both elements — so output matches the season
- Adjustable thermostat dial for hands-off temperature control once it's set
- Automatic thermal cut-out shuts the elements down if the unit overheats, restarting automatically once temperatures drop
- IP24 water-resistant rating, built to tolerate the humidity of a grow space
- Steel housing with a guard over the element and fan
Cold nights and slipping temperatures
A grow room, greenhouse or shed left to run cold overnight slows growth and puts plants under stress they don't recover from quickly. Left unheated, temperatures can drop well below what's ideal long before anyone notices — a thermostatically controlled heater keeps the space within range automatically, night after night, without needing to be checked constantly.
How to Use
Stand the heater on a stable, flat surface away from curtains, foliage in direct contact and anything flammable, and never cover the front guard. Use the left dial to choose fan-only, single-element or twin-element heat, and the right dial to set the thermostat. For indoor use only — sheds, grow rooms and greenhouses — and always use under supervision.
