Red-heavy supplemental lighting that reaches the bud sites your main light misses

This is a 150W LED fixture built to sit low in the canopy or between rows, aimed upward or sideways into the lower and inner bud sites that a single overhead light stops reaching once the canopy has filled in and started shading itself.

It's deployed during flower, once the canopy has developed enough density that the top growth is shading the plant's own lower half. The high-red spectrum is weighted toward flowering response rather than vegetative stretch, and it's designed to complement a full-spectrum overhead fixture rather than replace it - this is a supplement, not a primary light source.

Lower bud sites in a dense canopy typically finish light and airy compared with the top cola, because they're receiving a fraction of the PPFD reaching the top of the plant. Under-canopy lighting closes that gap directly, aiming to lift both yield and evenness of finish across the whole plant rather than concentrating quality at the very top.
