Hesi Smell-Away, also sold as Smell-Ex, is a set of solid gel blocks that neutralise airborne odour molecules. They are placed in the room or near the extraction outlet and work passively - no power, no plumbing and nothing to maintain.

A carbon filter only treats the air that passes through it. Anything escaping through a tent zip, a door or a positive-pressure leak is untouched - which is why a room can smell in the hallway while the extraction is doing its job.
How to Use
- Placement: near the extraction outlet, or in the room for general control
- Coverage: one 10g block per small tent; 19g blocks for a room
- Life: typically several weeks, depending on airflow and temperature
- Not a substitute: use alongside carbon extraction, not instead of it
- When to replace: when the block has visibly shrunk and odour returns
