The Hydrologic MicRO 75 RO System + Consumables is a compact reverse osmosis unit that produces up to 75 GPD (around 284 litres per day) of ultra-low-PPM water, removing 98-99% of dissolved contaminants including chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals and excess minerals. Supplied with the replacement membrane and pre-filter, it gives growers a reliable source of pure water for accurate nutrient mixing.

Fixing nutrient lockout caused by poor tap water

Tap water often carries chlorine, chloramines and dissolved minerals that throw off nutrient strength and cause nutrient lockout and inconsistent growth. The MicRO 75 strips these out, giving complete control over your feed for precise EC management, better uptake and healthier roots. Its KDF85/carbon pre-filter and 75 GPD high-rejection membrane keep purity high over time, while the 2:1 waste-to-product ratio and automatic shut-off valve reduce water waste.

How to Use

• Connect the system to a cold water supply using the supplied garden hose connector.
• Flush the system before first use per the manufacturer's instructions.
• Collect purified water in a clean reservoir for mixing nutrients.
• Keep the system within its recommended pressure range, typically 40-80 psi, using the gauge.
• Replace the KDF/carbon pre-filter after approx. 1,000 gallons (3,785 litres) of product water, or sooner if quality drops.
• Replace the RO membrane every 6-18 months, or when purity or output declines.
