Description

Air, Root Zone and Remote Access in One Monitoring Kit

The iBebot AirComfort Wireless Full Kit brings together iBebot's three monitoring devices: the AirComfort+ temperature and humidity sensor, the SoilQuality moisture and EC probe, and the iBebot Hub, a Wi-Fi bridge that uploads both sensors' readings so you can check the grow room from anywhere. The Hub also carries a 16A switched socket you can turn on and off from the app.

What's Included

  • iBebot AirComfort+ temperature and humidity sensor
  • iBebot SoilQuality soil moisture and EC sensor
  • iBebot Hub Wi-Fi bridge with app-controlled UK socket

Key Benefits

  • Remote access - the Hub syncs both sensors over Wi-Fi, so readings and alerts reach you away from home
  • Air and root zone together - temperature (±0.5°C), humidity (±4.5% RH), soil moisture (0-70%) and EC (0-10 mS/cm) in one app
  • App-switched 16A socket on the Hub for a heater, humidifier or pump (20A maximum switching current)
  • Battery sensors - about 12 months on the AirComfort+ and up to 1.5 years on the SoilQuality
  • Expandable - one Hub syncs any number of AirComfort and SoilQuality sensors within range

Why Bluetooth Alone Leaves Gaps

Bluetooth sensors on their own only sync when your phone is in the room, so a humidity spike at lights-off or a pot drying out over a hot afternoon is found after the fact. With the Hub online, readings arrive continuously and your minimum and maximum alerts fire wherever you are, giving time to correct airflow, heating or watering before it costs plant health.

How to Use

  • Plug the Hub in within about 10 m of both sensors and connect it to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi in the iBebot Hub app; the room needs a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  • Hang the AirComfort+ at canopy height, out of direct light and humidifier mist, and insert the SoilQuality into the root zone of a representative pot.
  • Pair both sensors in the Growers app, set logging intervals and minimum/maximum alerts, then sign in to iBebot's Dashboard+ web platform to view the data from any device.
  • Optional: plug a heater, humidifier or pump into the Hub to switch it from your phone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Hub add over the sensors alone?

The sensors sync over Bluetooth only when your phone is within about 10 m. The Hub stays in the room, uploads their readings over Wi-Fi and lets alerts reach you anywhere, and its socket can be switched on and off from the app.

Will the Hub work if my Wi-Fi drops out?

It pauses syncing until the connection returns and the sensors keep logging in the meantime. The socket can still be switched with the button on the Hub itself.

Can I add more sensors later?

Yes. One Hub syncs any number of AirComfort and SoilQuality sensors, as long as each is within about 10 m of it; a large or split grow space may need a second Hub.

Is the soil probe suitable for coco?

iBebot designed SoilQuality for soil. In coco the EC reading works, but the moisture reading tends to sit above its 70% ceiling, so iBebot do not recommend it for coco.
