Integra Boost sachets are two-way humidity regulators that absorb and release moisture to hold a jar or bag at a fixed relative humidity throughout a cure. Choose 55% RH for a drier finish or 62% RH for a softer one, in 8g or 67g sachets. As a guide, use an 8g sachet for around 12-28g of contents and a 67g sachet for up to 450g. Each pack ships with an indicator card whose pink dot turns blue when the sachet needs replacing. They are non-toxic, salt-free, spill-proof, 99% biodegradable and FDA-compliant.

Where a Good Harvest Gets Ruined
Drying is only half the job. The processes that build flavour and aroma carry on for weeks after harvest, and they only carry on if temperature and humidity stay in a narrow band.
