Most flood and drain systems feed from the side of the pot or flood from the top, which leaves dead zones inside the root mass, encourages stagnant nutrient and eventually blocks pipework – and the result is weak roots, poor nutrient uptake and slow growth. The IWS Trident from Intelligent Watering Systems flips that with a centre-bottom feed port that floods the root zone evenly from below, combined with cloth inner pots, integrated root rods and built-in risers for faster drainage and better oxygenation.

How to Use

• Assemble the push-fit pipework – no tools required, and pots sit on their integrated risers
• Set the minute timer to schedule flood cycles to suit pot size and stage
• Choose your pot volume: 16L or 25L cloth inner pots depending on plant size and cycle length
• Use the tie-back rings to train the canopy and open up light penetration
• Expand as you scale – add pots up to a 48-pot configuration on a 400L or 750L tank
