No Gnats is a 100% natural top dressing that sits on the surface of the growing medium and forms a physical barrier between the damp soil and the air above it. Adult gnats cannot reach the medium to lay, and any larvae already down there cannot climb out to breed, so the cycle breaks within a generation. It is pH neutral, contains no pesticides or harmful chemicals, holds up to 25% moisture and looks tidy on display plants. Stocked in 1 litre, 3 litre and 20 litre.

Why Fungus Gnats Keep Coming Back

Sprays knock down the adults you can see and do nothing about the eggs and larvae sitting in the top few centimetres of wet medium. A week later a fresh batch hatches and you are back where you started. The larvae are the real problem anyway, chewing on fine root hairs and opening the door to root rot. Cut off the surface and the cycle has nowhere to run.

How to Use

• Clear any loose debris and dead leaves from the surface of the medium.
• Spread an even layer across the whole surface, right up to the pot edge.
• Keep the layer deep enough that no bare medium shows through.
• Water as normal - the dressing lets water through and stays in place.
• Top up after repotting or if the layer is disturbed.
