Description
Maxibright Super Bloom 600W HPS Lamp – Built for Big Flowering Yields
The Maxibright Super Bloom 600W HPS Lamp is a high-pressure sodium bulb engineered specifically for the flowering stage, delivering a photosynthetic photon flux of 1090 µmol/s from a 2800K colour temperature that leans hard into the red end of the spectrum. Fit it into any 600W E40 reflector on a magnetic or digital ballast for a straightforward drop-in upgrade with no compatibility issues.
Key Benefits
- 25% more red light than a standard HPS lamp, pushing more usable energy into the wavelengths plants draw on during flowering.
- Par-lock technology holds the spectral distribution steady even when the lamp is run dimmed or overdriven on a compatible digital ballast.
- 2800K colour temperature biased toward red for stronger flower and fruit development.
- Universal E40 fitting compatible with both magnetic and digital 600W ballasts.
- 1090 µmol/s PPF output for reliable canopy penetration from a standard 600W reflector.
How to Use
Screw the lamp into any 600W E40 reflector on a magnetic or digital ballast and run it through the flowering stage; switching in a fresh Super Bloom lamp at the point you move plants onto a 12/12 light cycle makes the most of its red-weighted output. Maxibright recommends replacing the lamp after around 6 months of regular use, since spectral output and PPF gradually fall away as an HPS lamp ages even though it will keep striking and running well past that point.
