Light the Dark Zone and Fatten Up Your Lower Buds

The Maxibright MaxiLED Under Canopy LED is a high-output supplemental bar system that fills the shaded space beneath the canopy, where light from above never reaches. This kit holds 2x 120W bars and floor stand brackets, ready to position out of the box. Each bar runs premium Samsung and San’an diodes in an optimised blue and red spectrum, giving 336 µmol/s PPF at 2.8 µmol/J, with a double-sided 120° beam angle throwing light in from both faces. Each bar measures 138 x 6.5 x 6.9cm and is IP65 rated for humid rooms.

Why Are My Lower Buds Always Airy?

Top light falls off fast once it hits a full canopy, so everything underneath runs on scraps. That is why lower sites finish airy while the tops are solid, and why so much of the plant ends up as larf. Firing light in from below puts photons on those shaded bracts through swell, so the lower third adds real weight instead of dragging your yield down.

How to Use

• Fit the floor stand brackets and stand the bars beside the pots, facing into the canopy
• Run them on the same photoperiod as your main lights, as supplemental lighting
• Daisy chain up to 10 units from one outlet using the supplied connectors
• Keep the bars clear of foliage and reposition as plants fill out
• Note they cannot be dimmed – set intensity by distance instead
