Description
Simple, reliable speed control for a single extraction fan
The Mission Control BasicFan Speed Controller gives manual 0-100% speed control over one extraction fan from a compact plug-in unit, without the cost or complexity of a full climate controller.
Key Benefits
- Manual speed control – dial in exactly the airflow needed, from a gentle minimum up to full extraction.
- Fluid motion control – smooth speed adjustment with no sudden jumps in fan speed.
- Compact, integrated plug design – won't block neighbouring sockets on a power strip.
- Straightforward single-fan control – no programming or sensors needed, just plug in and set the dial.
- Rated to 6.5A – enough headroom for most single inline fans used in a grow tent or small room.
Running an extraction fan flat out constantly can overcool a room, dry a canopy too quickly and waste electricity, while running it too low leaves humidity and heat to build up. A simple manual speed controller lets a grower dial in the right balance for the space and season without the expense of a full environmental controller.
How to Use
Plug the controller into a mains socket and connect the extraction fan to its integrated outlet. Turn the dial to set the minimum fan speed, adjusting up or down as temperature and humidity needs change through the grow.
