Why Do CDM Growers Finish a Tighter, Better-Quality Plant?

HPS gives raw output from a narrow spectrum, and plants answer it with excessive stretch, long internodes and airy buds at the top of the canopy. CDM puts the rest of daylight back into the room, keeping growth compact and hard rather than leggy – work no amount of extra wattage will do.

How to Use

• Fit the lamps: two 315W CDM lamps are required and not supplied – handle them with a cloth
• Hang it level from both mounting points, centred over roughly 150 x 150cm of canopy
• Set the height by hand test at canopy level; if it feels uncomfortable, raise the fixture
• Mixing with HPS: alternate the two across a larger room to blend the spectra
• Protect your eyes – CDM lamps emit UV, so wear eye protection under them
• Keep it clean: wipe the reflector between crops, as dust costs output
