The probe sits in the growing space, reads the air temperature around your canopy and feeds that figure straight back to the unit's onboard computer, which then decides how hard to cool, heat or recirculate. How to Use

• Switch the OptiClimate unit off at the mains before disconnecting anything.
• Unplug the old probe at the unit and withdraw the cable from its route.
• Run the new probe so the sensor tip sits at canopy height, out of direct light and away from the air outlet.
• Plug the connector back into the unit and secure any slack cable clear of moving parts.
• Power up and check the displayed temperature against a separate thermometer.
