The Phresh HyperFan Silenced V2 is the sensible way onto EC technology without commercial money. These fans use half the energy and emit half the heat of AC fans while running far quieter, so the fan pays for itself. Blade design is borrowed from jet engines, combining Laminar Blade design and Stator technology to cut drag, so a carbon filter barely dents extraction. Wrapped in acoustic foam inside a silencing canister, it is vibration free and quiet. Four sizes run from 150mm to 315mm, reaching 3,100 m³/h at the top of the range, with a 2 year warranty.

Noise, heat and airflow lost to a carbon filter

Two things kill a tent's environment: not enough air changes, and a fan so loud you run it slower than you should. Weak extraction means stale air, rising humidity, poor airflow across the canopy and mould risk, plus heat that drives excessive stretch. The laminar blades create so little drag that a filter barely reduces airflow, so you can run at the speed the room needs.

How to Use

• Sizing: choose by room volume, light wattage and lighting type — the 200mm moves 1,206 m³/h, the 250mm 1,810 m³/h and the 315mm 3,100 m³/h, with the 150mm for a single small tent.
• Controller: this range must run on an EC fan controller. The included HyperFan Controller can be upgraded to a G.A.S EC, EC1 or EC5 on the V2.
• Installation: mount inline with ducting both sides and hang on straps.
• With a filter: fit the carbon filter on the intake side and run at 35% to 100%.
• Note: special order, allow an additional 1-2 days.
