The Sicce Syncra ADV 7.0 is a compact, quiet-running submersible pump that moves up to 7,000 litres per hour on just 55W. Made in Italy by Sicce, it handles nutrient solution, fresh water and salt water, and it can sit in the tank or run inline outside it. A ceramic shaft, self-cleaning impeller and a protective disc that keeps debris out of the rotor chamber make it a pump you can leave running in a busy hydroponic system.

Common Pump Problems It Solves
Cheap pumps are noisy, clog with root debris and lose flow as the impeller wears, and in a recirculating system a weak pump means stagnant nutrient solution, poor oxygenation and uneven feeding across the plants. The Syncra ADV's self-cleaning impeller and protected rotor chamber keep flow steady, and its low running noise makes it well suited to a grow tent or grow room you work in every day.
How to Use
- Submerged: set the intake grille for top or bottom suction, stand the pump on its feet in the reservoir and fit the outlet barb that matches your hose.
- Inline: fit the inlet and outlet fittings and position the pump below the reservoir water line. It is not self-priming and must never run dry.
- Electrics: keep the socket above water level, or arrange the lead with a drip loop so moisture cannot track back to the plug.
- Maintenance: open the housing periodically and rinse the impeller and grille clear of root matter and salt build-up.
