One-Part Grow Feed for Tight, Sturdy Growth
SUPERthrive Foliage-Pro (formerly Dyna-Gro Foliage-Pro) is a high-nitrogen liquid plant food with an NPK of 9-3-6, carrying every essential macro- and micronutrient for vigorous vegetative growth. It is a complete one-part nutrient, rich in calcium and magnesium, so no Cal-Mag is needed. A high ratio of nitrate to ammoniacal nitrogen gives shorter internodes and stronger stems able to carry a heavy crop of flowers and fruit later on.

Leggy, Pale Plants in Veg?
Weak stems, wide gaps between nodes and pale new leaves usually point to a feed that is short of nitrogen or calcium and magnesium. Foliage-Pro supplies all three in balance, building dense, green growth and the stem strength plants need before they flower. As flowering starts it steps down while SUPERthrive Bloom takes over.
How to Use
SUPERthrive’s feed chart, per 10 litres of water:
- Recirculating hydro: 13ml in veg week 1, 26ml in veg weeks 2–4; 13ml in flower week 1, 7ml in flower weeks 2–4, then stop
- Coco and run-to-waste: 13ml through veg weeks 1–4; 13ml in flower week 1, 7ml in flower weeks 2–4
- Soil and compost: 6ml in veg weeks 1–3, 12ml in veg week 4; 12ml in flower week 1, 6ml in flower weeks 2–4
- Foliar spray: use as a quick fix for deficiencies alongside root feeding
- Add each SUPERthrive product to the water separately and stir well between additions; never mix the concentrates together. If you use Pro-TeKt, it goes in first.
- Check and adjust pH last: 5.5–6.5 for hydro and coco, 6.2–7.0 for soil and compost.
- In hard water areas cut every mineral nutrient by 1–2ml per 10L to keep the final EC below 2.5 mS/cm.
