The Terra Aquatica AeroFlo 20 (originally launched as the GHE AeroFlo 20) is a substrate-free aeroponic system built for growers who want the speed of aeroponics without extra air pumps or controllers to manage. Across its 20 growing sites, roots hang free in the flood channel while a single submersible pump lifts nutrient solution from the 90-litre reservoir and injects it along the tray at set intervals, so every net pot gets a steady pulse of highly oxygenated feed rather than a static soak. The solution then falls back down the downpipe, oxygenating the reservoir as it drains, which keeps pH and nutrient strength more stable between changes than in many DWC set-ups. It uses the same working principle as GHE's commercial installations worldwide, scaled down for a single grow room or greenhouse bay.

How to Use
- Assemble the tray, support frame and reservoir according to the supplied instructions.
- Fit a net pot at each of the 20 sites and set your rooted cuttings or seedlings in place.
- Fill the reservoir with fresh water and mix in your hydroponic nutrients.
- Run the pump continuously, or on a short-cycle timer, so the injectors keep misting the root zone.
- Maintain the solution at the correct EC for the growth stage and a pH of 5.5-6.2.
- Top up the reservoir as it draws down and replace the solution every 1-2 weeks for consistent feeding.
