Terra Aquatica Streptologic is a soluble beneficial bacteria inoculant for the root zone, based on Streptomyces. These are the filamentous bacteria that dominate healthy soil - they colonise root surfaces, mineralise nutrients and occupy the space a pathogen would otherwise take.

A clean hydroponic root zone has no biology in it, so every nutrient has to be supplied in an available form and any pathogen that arrives finds empty ground. Introducing a working bacterial population improves nutrient uptake, protects against root disease and makes a medium more forgiving of a missed feed.
How to Use
- First application: dissolve and drench at potting on or at the first feed of a new medium
- Maintenance: re-apply every three to four weeks through the cycle
- Reused medium: apply at the first watering of the second run
- Compatibility: keep away from hydrogen peroxide, chlorine and strong oxidisers - they will kill the culture
- Water temperature: dissolve in tepid water, never hot
