The TrolMaster ARS-2 Universal IR Air Conditioner Remote Station allows growers to fully integrate compatible air conditioning units into an automated indoor growing environment. Designed for use with TrolMaster Hydro-X, Tent-X and Green-X control systems, the ARS-2 learns infrared commands from your AC remote and allows the controller to automatically manage cooling, heating and climate settings in your grow tent or grow room.

How to Use

1. Connect the ARS-2 module to your TrolMaster Hydro-X, Tent-X or Green-X controller using the RJ12 cable.

2. Position the IR emitter so it faces the indoor air conditioner unit.

3. Use the ARS-2 to learn the infrared commands from the AC unit’s original remote control (Cool, Heat and Auto modes).

4. Configure day and night temperature settings within the TrolMaster controller.

5. Set optional idle or off periods to reduce unnecessary AC operation.

6. The controller will automatically send IR commands to the air conditioner to maintain stable grow room conditions.
