The TrolMaster MBS-SD Smoke Detector adds a safety layer to a grow tent or grow room by watching continuously for smoke and alerting through the Hydro-X environmental controller the instant it is detected. Indoor grows run a lot of powered kit at once - lights, fans, pumps and climate control - and the MBS-SD gives an early warning of electrical or equipment faults before they threaten your crop or your room. It connects plug-and-play over RJ12 and supports multiple detectors for larger spaces.

How to Use

1. Mount the MBS-SD in the tent or room, ideally near the ceiling where smoke gathers first.
2. Connect it to the Hydro-X controller with the included RJ12 cable.
3. Assign the device address using the built-in address button.
4. Use the included RJ12 T-splitter if connecting multiple sensors.
5. Monitor alerts through the Hydro-X controller or connected mobile app.
6. Keep the sensor clean and dry for reliable operation and to prevent false readings.
