Description
Feed the T4 Without Lifting a Finger
This Euro-format conveyor assembly attaches to the Twister T4 trimming machine to move material onto the feed line or away from the quality-control point automatically, taking manual handling out of a high-volume trimming run. Built on an adjustable aluminium frame, it sits at the height needed to feed the T4 continuously through a long session.
Key Benefits
- Continuous feed: keeps material moving into or away from the T4 without manual carrying
- Adjustable height legs: level the belt to match the rest of the line
- Variable-speed motor: match belt speed to the pace of the trimming line
- Two-part Euro configuration: built to integrate directly with the T4's own feed geometry
Manually carrying material to and from a commercial trimming line slows the whole operation down and adds an extra pair of hands to the job. A dedicated conveyor keeps the T4 fed at a constant rate and clears finished material away from the quality-control point without breaking the line's rhythm.
How to Use
Position the conveyor at the T4's feed or QC point, level it using the adjustable feet, and set the belt speed to match the machine's throughput. Run the conveyor empty first to check tracking and tension before loading material.
