Description
Keep Your T6 Running at Full Speed
This is the genuine drive belt for the Twister T6 trimming machine, the toothed belt that turns the tumbler drum during every cutting cycle. A stretched or worn belt slows the tumbler down, cuts unevenly and can stall the machine mid-batch, so keeping a spare on hand avoids losing a session to a five-minute part failure.
Key Benefits
- Direct OEM fit: made to the same specification as the belt fitted at the factory
- Toothed profile: keeps the tumbler drum turning at a consistent speed under load
- Durable rubber compound: built to withstand continuous running across long sessions
- Minimal downtime: a straightforward swap when the original belt wears or stretches
Drive belts are a wear item on any tumbler-driven trimmer, and running one loose or split puts extra load on the motor as well as spoiling the cut. Holding a spare belt is standard practice for anyone running the T6 regularly rather than waiting for it to fail mid-harvest.
How to Use
Isolate the machine from power before opening the drive housing. Remove the worn belt, fit the replacement over the motor pulley and tumbler drive wheel, and check the tension and alignment match the original before running the machine empty to confirm smooth rotation.
