Description
The Heart of the T6, Ready to Drop In
The Twister T6 Standard Tumbler Assembly is the complete 32-slot drum that does the actual cutting work inside the T6 trimming machine. As material rotates through the slotted tumbler, the fixed blade trims it evenly on every pass, and it is this drum that wears fastest with heavy use.
Key Benefits
- 32-slot configuration: the standard tumbler pattern the T6 ships with
- Direct OEM replacement: fits and performs exactly as the original assembly
- Built to Twister's manufacturing standard: designed for continuous use across large sessions
- Cuts downtime: swap out a worn or damaged drum without waiting on a full service
A tumbler that has seen heavy use loses its edge and starts leaving an uneven finish, which slows the whole line down while everyone waits on a re-trim. Keeping a spare assembly on hand, or simply replacing a worn one, keeps a commercial trimming operation moving without a costly stoppage.
How to Use
With the machine isolated from power, release the tumbler housing latches, lift out the worn drum and fit the replacement assembly the same way round. Check the drum spins freely against the fixed blade before closing the housing and running a short test batch.
- Compatible machine: Twister T6 trimmer
- Configuration: 32-slot standard tumbler
