Uvonair CD-Series in-duct ozone generators are industrial-strength odour eliminators for grow rooms, extraction lines and commercial ventilation. Unlike sprays, gels or a carbon filter alone, these corona discharge units generate ozone (O₃) that oxidises the odour molecule itself, along with airborne bacteria and mould spores. The range runs from the CD-800 at 8" (20cm) to the CD-1200 at 12" (30cm), covering 300 m³ to 3,000 m³. Worth knowing up front: output is high enough that the internal cell is a consumable and will eventually burn out. Nothing inside is user-serviceable, so every unit carries a full 12-month warranty.

Odour Breaking Through in Late Flower

A carbon filter that coped fine in week four can be overwhelmed by a full room in week eight, and a bigger filter is not always practical. An in-duct generator works on the extracted air itself, destroying odour molecules on their way out rather than trying to trap them, and it needs no servicing.

How to Use

• Fit the generator in-line on the output side of your extraction fan
• Leave at least 15ft (5m) of ducting after the unit for reaction time
• Use metallic ducting only, acoustic or combi
• Never use with Phonic Trap ducting - ozone will damage it
• Set HIGH for peak odour loads, LOW for quieter periods
• Adapters can step down to smaller ducts, though airflow may drop; for heavy odour loads size up a model instead
