This is the replacement UV lamp for the Uvonair UV-80H in-duct ozone generator, sold as a spare part rather than a complete unit, for growers who already run a UV-80H and need to service it rather than replace it outright. The UV-80H's odour-destroying ozone is generated by the lamps themselves reacting with oxygen in the airstream, so as a lamp ages and its UV output drops off, the unit's ozone production falls with it even though the fan and housing are otherwise still working fine.
Uvonair recommend changing the lamps in a UV-80H every year or after roughly 8,000 hours of use, whichever comes first, to keep the unit performing at the level it was designed for. Because the UV-80H's front-access panel is designed specifically for lamp servicing, swapping a spent lamp for this replacement takes only a few minutes and does not require disconnecting or removing the unit from the ducting run.
