The VIVOSUN AeroFlux W70 is a 700W PTC heater designed for grow tents. Its Enviro-Probe sensor on a 3m lead reads temperature and VPD at plant height, and the heater adjusts its output to match across five PWM-controlled heat levels. It connects straight to the VIVOSUN app over Wi-Fi – no separate controller needed – so you can set a minimum temperature or a target VPD, program day and night modes with the Recipe feature and check the tent from anywhere. VIVOSUN rate it for tents up to 1.5 x 1.5m, and at about 24 x 24 x 12cm it takes up very little floor space.

Cold Nights, Damp Air and Stalled Growth
In a cold loft, garage or outbuilding, tent temperature can fall fast once the lights go off. The drop slows root development and nutrient uptake, holds back vegetative growth and lets humidity climb towards condensation and mould. A household heater on a timer overshoots and dries the air; the AeroFlux reads the canopy and adds only the heat needed to hold your temperature or VPD target, so the night-time dip stays gentle.
How to Use
- Place the heater inside the tent on the floor – VIVOSUN's advice for best results – and keep tent humidity below 85%
- Hang the Enviro-Probe at canopy height, away from the hose outlet, so it reads what the plants feel
- Fit the hose and aim warm air across the floor or under the canopy, never straight at leaves
- Connect to the VIVOSUN app over Wi-Fi, then set a minimum temperature or a target VPD and your day and night Recipe
- Or run it locally from the controls on the unit, choosing one of the five heat levels

Do I need a VIVOSUN GrowHub controller to use it?
No. The AeroFlux connects to the VIVOSUN app directly over Wi-Fi, so it works straight out of the box. If you already run a VIVOSUN smart grow set-up, it joins the same app alongside your other devices.
What size tent will it heat?
VIVOSUN rate it for tents up to 1.5 x 1.5m (5 x 5ft). Results depend on how cold the room is and how well the tent is insulated; in a large tent or a very cold garage, plan on more than one heater.
Should it go inside or outside the tent?
Inside. VIVOSUN recommend placing the heater in the tent for the best results and keeping humidity below 85%, with the hose pointed away from leaves.
What happens if it is knocked over?
The tip-over switch cuts the power straight away, and separate overheat protection shuts it down if it runs too hot. The housing is V0 flame-retardant.
