Why Stale Air Stalls a Grow

Still air inside a tent creates heat pockets above the canopy, damp pockets underneath it and a thin boundary layer of spent air sitting on every leaf surface. Growth slows, stems stay weak and the humid dead zones are exactly where mould takes hold. Constant gentle movement replaces that stale layer, evens out temperature and humidity, and builds the stem strength plants need to carry weight later on.

How to Use

• Clip the fan to a tent pole roughly 15–30cm above the canopy.
• Angle the head across or just over the tops rather than straight at the leaves.
• Start on a low speed for young plants and increase as they harden off.
• Add a second fan low down to move air beneath the canopy.
• Reposition weekly as the plants grow to keep coverage even.
