Description
Bottom heat with a controller, not a guess
Most seedling mats are a bare heating element with no way to know what they are doing. The AC Infinity SUNCORE ships with a digital controller that reads the mat's own temperature and holds a set point, so the root zone is warmed to a figure rather than simply warmed.
The element is far-infrared film laminated between multi-layer PVC, and the whole mat is IP-67 rated — which matters, because a propagation mat spends its life under trays that get watered.
Key Benefits
- Digital controller included, displaying both mat temperature and set point
- IP-67 waterproof — built for the one place water is guaranteed
- Far-infrared heating film spreading heat evenly rather than in strips
- 2.48mm thick, so trays sit flat on it
- MET and UL certified
Which size do I need?
H3 is 25.4 × 52.7cm — a single standard tray. H5 is 50.8 × 52.7cm, which takes two trays side by side or one large dome.

Questions & answers
What sizes are there?
H3 at 25.4 x 52.7cm (20W) for a single standard tray, and H5 at 50.8 x 52.7cm (40W) for two trays side by side or one large dome.
How does it compare with our Propagation Heat Mat?
The sizes are similar: our mat comes in 25 x 52cm, 50 x 52cm and 120 x 52cm and is best paired with a separate thermostat. The SUNCORE has a digital controller included that reads the mat's temperature and holds a set point.
How warm will it get?
It raises the rooting area by up to 20°F (about 11°C) above the room temperature, set through the controller.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, the mat is IP-67 rated, with far-infrared heating film laminated between layers of PVC.
How long is the cord?
152.4cm from the mat to the controller.
