Most seedling mats are a bare heating element with no way to know what they are doing. The AC Infinity SUNCORE ships with a digital controller that reads the mat's own temperature and holds a set point, so the root zone is warmed to a figure rather than simply warmed.
The element is far-infrared film laminated between multi-layer PVC, and the whole mat is IP-67 rated — which matters, because a propagation mat spends its life under trays that get watered.

Which size do I need?
H3 is 25.4 × 52.7cm — a single standard tray. H5 is 50.8 × 52.7cm, which takes two trays side by side or one large dome.
