The highest bacteria count in the Advanced Nutrients root range
Tarantula is Advanced Nutrients' high-count beneficial bacteria product, carrying a larger and more diverse population than Voodoo Juice. It is the third part of the root-zone trio and is used where a medium needs colonising quickly.
Key Benefits
- Very high colony count - establishes a population faster than a standard inoculant
- Diverse species mix - different bacteria handle different parts of the job
- Best on a fresh or reused medium - the fastest way to bring biology to empty ground
- Third of the trio - Voodoo Juice, Piranha and Tarantula are complementary, not alternatives
- Every medium - hydroponics, coco and soil
Biology that never quite establishes
A small inoculation into a large, sterile, warm reservoir often fails to take - the population is diluted before it can colonise anything. A high-count product overwhelms that, which is why it earns its place on a first run in fresh coco or after a peroxide clean.
How to Use
- First three weeks: 2 ml per litre at every feed
- After a system clean: 2 ml per litre at the first feed once the peroxide has fully cleared
- Avoid: peroxide, chlorine and oxidisers in the same reservoir
- Reservoir temperature: under 22°C
- Shake well: a live suspension
