Description
A 4.5m² Long Grow Room at the Standard 2m Height
The BudBox Pro Tent 150x300x200cm is BudBox's XXL plus: the 1.5m-wide, 3m-long rectangular tent at the standard 200cm height, for garages, spare rooms and outbuildings where the 220cm HighLine version will not fit under the ceiling. It gives 4.5m² of clear floor — no cross poles — on BudBox's 25mm, 1mm-wall tempered steel frame with black powder-coated poles and all-metal push/click corners, strong enough to carry several lights, a large carbon filter and fans. A long room needs even airflow from end to end, or heat and humidity collect at one end of the canopy: four 340mm ports (two in the roof, two low on the back wall) and a 275mm port in each end wall let you extract and bring in air wherever the layout needs it, and a double front door, a front access door and a door at each end put every plant within reach.
Key Benefits
- 4.5m² clear floor at the standard 200cm height, for rooms that cannot take the 220cm HL model
- 25mm tempered steel frame with all-metal push/click corners carries a multi-light, multi-fan install
- 5 doors: 2 front main doors, 1 front access door and a side access door in each end
- 4 x 340mm and 2 x 275mm ducting ports, double-cuffed and 20% oversized, plus 4 x 100mm cable ports
- 4 roof hanging bars with 8 silicone pads and 4 hanging straps that cut vibration from fans and filters
- Uplift irrigation bar and 2 irrigation ports so the reservoir can stand outside the tent
- Silver Mylar or PRO White lining, with a drip tray in the matching colour
How to Use
- Assemble the frame where the tent will stand — the poles push and click into the metal corners without tools — then pull the canvas over from the top and fit the drip tray.
- Lay the room out as two or three zones along the 3m length, each with its own light, rather than trying to cover it from one point.
- Extract through a roof 340mm port and draw fresh air in low through the back-wall ports or the passive vents, so air sweeps the full length of the canopy.
- Hang lights, the filter and circulation fans from the four roof bars on rope ratchets so you can raise the lights as plants grow.
- Bring irrigation in under the uplift bar and keep cables in the 100mm ports.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does this differ from the 150x300x220cm XXL plus-HL?
The doors, ports, frame and fittings are the same. The HL (HighLine) model is 220cm tall for extra clearance above the lights; this one is 200cm, so it fits rooms with a lower ceiling.
How many grow lights will it take?
The 4.5m² floor is usually run with two 1000W-class lights or three 600W-class fixtures, or an equivalent spread of LED bars, hung along the 3m length.
What size extraction fan does a 150x300x200cm tent need?
The tent holds 9m³ of air, so one change a minute is about 540m³/h before any allowance for light heat, a carbon filter and ducting. A 200mm (8in) fan and filter is the minimum; a 250mm (10in) gives the headroom to control temperature and humidity with several lights running.
Silver Mylar or PRO White — which lining should I choose?
BudBox say their flat PRO White lining reflects more PAR light than Mylar and avoids hot spots, while Mylar reflects more heat energy and runs around 6-8°C warmer. With several lights in one room, White helps hold temperatures down; Silver costs less.
