The Can-Fan Q-Max EC LCD Spare Probe is the replacement sensor for the Can-Fan Q-Max EC LCD Fan Controller. Everything that controller does — holding temperature and humidity day and night, hysteresis, minimum and maximum fan speed — depends on what this probe reports, so a damaged, lost or failing probe leaves the fans guessing: running flat out and drying the room, or idling while heat and humidity climb. The spare comes on a 4m cable ending in the controller's 4-pole jack, so it plugs straight into the sensor socket with no wiring or tools.

How to Use
- Switch the controller off, unplug the old probe from the sensor socket and plug in the new one.
- Hang the sensor at canopy height in moving air, shaded from direct lamp heat and clear of heaters, humidifiers and the fan's own outlet.
