Outgrowing One Light, or Running Two Spaces?
Most growers end up with more than one space, or with a room that has outgrown the light bought for a first tent. An under-powered light leaves the edges of the canopy stretching towards the centre, while a single hot lamp cooks the middle and drives humidity down. The Elite Split deals with both. How to Use
- As one 1000W light: hang the joined fixture level and central over a canopy of around 1.5m x 1.5m, or up to 1.8m x 1.8m.
- As two 500W lights: separate the halves and hang one over each space; each runs from its own integrated driver.
- Start dimmed over seedlings and cuttings, then raise output through vegetative growth towards 100% for flowering.
- Watch the top leaves: raise or dim the light if leaf tips bleach or curl upwards, and lower it if plants stretch.
- Switch it from a timer, or connect a compatible external lighting controller to the RJ port.
