Bush Doctor Boomerang is Fox Farm's rescue tonic for plants that have taken a knock. Temperature swings, a missed watering, or a build-up of mineral salts in the root zone all show up the same way — wilting, pale leaves and stalled growth. Boomerang contains solubilised nutrition that plants can take up immediately, along with soil microbes that support the root zone while the plant recovers, rather than a slow-release feed that takes days to have any effect.
It works in both container gardens and hydroponic recirculating systems. In soil or coco, Boomerang is watered in weekly until the plant shows clear signs of bouncing back, at which point growers return to their normal feeding schedule. In a hydroponic reservoir, the system is emptied and refilled with fresh water before dosing, with no other fertiliser added for two to three days so the plant can stabilise without competing nutrient inputs. Because it is a rescue product rather than a base feed, Boomerang is used only when problems appear rather than as a routine addition to every reservoir change.
