Feeding by eye and getting burn or weak growth?

Mixing to the label alone is one of the most common causes of nutrient burn, leaf-tip scorch and stunted growth, because it's easy to build a feed stronger or weaker than the plant can actually use. Checking EC before every feed lets you spot a batch that's drifted too concentrated, or a weak mix leaving plants short, before it shows up in the canopy.

How to Use

• Rinse the probe tip, then dip it fully into your nutrient solution or run-off
• Let the reading settle for a few seconds before noting the EC value
• Check the tank before you water or dose, and again after adjusting strength
• Rinse after use and store with the cap on to protect the probe
