Growth Technology GreenFuse Root is a concentrated organic plant growth stimulator for the propagation stage. It is blended from pure, highly concentrated and fully soluble organic plant extracts, chosen to trigger the processes that start new roots and to build a favourable balance of microbial life in the root zone. Mixed at just 1 ml per litre of water, it pre-soaks propagation media, mists fresh cuttings and waters young plants until they are well established and growing on. Growth Technology designed it to work alongside Formulex, their seedling and cutting nutrient, as the first stage of the three-part GreenFuse range.

Slow Rooting and Transplant Shock
A fresh cutting has no roots to draw water with, and a seedling's first roots are fragile, so anything that holds back root development shows up quickly as wilting, yellowing leaves and plants that sit still for days. GreenFuse Root is used from the moment cuttings go in until young plants are well established, including young plants out of flask, helping new roots form quickly so plants take up water and nutrients sooner and become established with less transplant shock.
How to Use
- Make the ROOT solution: add 1 ml per litre of tepid water and mix well. Shake well before use.
- Cuttings: soak the rockwool or cutting compost in ROOT solution before inserting cuttings. Dip each cutting into a rooting gel such as Clonex, insert it into the medium, then mist the new cuttings thoroughly with ROOT solution.
- Seedlings and young plants: mist and water with ROOT solution as needed until they are well established and growing on.
- Alongside Formulex: use it with Formulex in the early stages of growth. When plants move onto a grow nutrient, switch to GreenFuse Grow; when you change to a bloom nutrient, switch to GreenFuse Bloom.
- Storage: keep in a cool place away from frost and out of reach of children.

What do I use after GreenFuse Root?
