Why Soft Water Needs Its Own Feed

Tap water is not a neutral starting point. In soft water regions it carries very little calcium or magnesium, so a nutrient built around a hard supply leaves the plant short before you have even started. A soft water formulation puts those elements back in the bottle at sensible levels, which is why the same brand sells two versions. Check your water report or your starting EC before you decide which one belongs in your room.

How to Use

• Fill the reservoir with fresh water and check the starting EC.
• Add Ionic Hydro Bloom while the water is circulating and stir it in.
• Check EC and adjust pH once the solution has mixed for a few minutes.
• Feed through flowering, changing the reservoir regularly rather than topping up indefinitely.
• Add Ionic Boost separately if you are running a flowering booster.
