The Mammoth Foam Box Fan Kit is built for large setups that need serious air movement without the noise that usually comes with it. The foam case keeps running noise down while the fan shifts big volumes of air, and everything needed for filtration and extraction comes with it. Two sizes are available: 250mm (10") at 2500m3/hour and 315mm (12") at 3250m3/hour. Required airflow depends on room size and shape and on the quantity, power and type of lighting.

Heat, Humidity and Stale Air in Large Rooms

In a big room, weak extraction shows up quickly: temperatures climb under the lights, humidity sits high in the canopy overnight, and the stale air that follows brings mould risk and slow growth. Proper air exchange pulls heat and moisture out and draws fresh air in, so plants keep transpiring and taking up nutrient. A heavily lit space wants the 315mm at 3250m3/hour.

How to Use

• Work out airflow from room volume, lighting load and duct run, then pick your kit size
• Mount the carbon filter on the intake side of the fan
• Connect filter to fan and fan to outlet with the 5m combi ducting and duct clips
• Keep duct runs short and bends gentle
• Replace the carbon filter after around two years, sooner in humid rooms
