Hotspots and short-changed canopy edges?

A reflector that is too narrow or too deep throws an intense pool of light directly under the lamp while the edges of the canopy go short on intensity, giving uneven growth and patchy bud development across the tent. The horizontal, dual-wing shape here spreads light more evenly from side to side so plants at the edges get a fairer share of the output.

How to Use

• Hang the reflector centrally above the canopy on adjustable ratchets or rope hangers using the balanced hooks
• Fit a 315w CDM/CMH lamp and run it from the matching ballast/power pack
• Keep the lamp at the recommended distance for your wattage to avoid light burn
• Raise the reflector as plants grow to maintain even coverage
