Description
A compact extraction fan built for the DF16 system
The Secret Jardin DF16 extraction fan pulls air out of a tent and through a matched DF16 carbon filter, sized for smaller tents where a full-size inline fan is oversized for the job. Built-in speed and temperature controls let it respond to conditions in the tent rather than running at one fixed speed.
Key Benefits
- 150 m3/h airflow - matched to smaller tents and the DF16 carbon filter range
- Built-in temperature control - adjusts extraction to conditions in the tent
- Compact housing - fits neatly into the DF16 system alongside the filter and flanges
- DF16 system match - pairs directly with Secret Jardin's DF16 carbon filter
An oversized fan on a small tent pulls air too fast for the carbon bed to treat properly and drags temperature and humidity around with it, while an undersized one leaves stale air and heat building up. A fan sized to the tent, matched to its filter, keeps extraction steady.
How to Use
- Fit inline with ducting, extracting air out through a matched DF16 carbon filter
- Set the minimum and maximum speed dials to suit the tent's normal running range
- Set the temperature dial so the fan speeds up automatically as the tent warms
Technical Specifications
- Airflow: 150 m3/h
- Control: built-in min/max speed and temperature dials
- System: Secret Jardin DF16 range, pairs with the DF16 carbon filter
