Secret Jardin Intense Grow Tent – INT480 & INT600 Pro

A commercial grow tent with a walk-through corridor, so every plant is within reach

The Secret Jardin INTENSE is a large-format grow tent built for serious indoor cultivation, where a big canopy normally means plants you cannot get to. The Intense answers that with a 60cm central corridor running the length of the tent, with a door at the front and the back, so you water, prune and harvest from inside without disturbing the rest of the crop. The current R4.00 revision uses M900D Mylar canvas on a 25mm #201 stainless steel frame rated to 250kg of hanging load. Two sizes: the INT480 at 470 x 300 x 233cm and the INT600 at 590 x 360 x 233cm.

Lighting, extraction and airflow for a canopy this size

Secret Jardin's own guidance is 1,600-3,200W of LED for the INT480 and 3,200-4,800W for the INT600, with extraction of 1,800 m3/h and 2,400 m3/h respectively on a one-minute air change through a carbon filter, half that on a two-minute cycle, and four circulation fans in each. Under-ventilating a tent of this volume shows up fast as heat and humidity building at the far end of the corridor; size the extraction to the tent, not to the lights alone.

How to Use

• Delivery: the INT480 ships as four boxes (88kg net) and the INT600 as five (112kg net), every box 119 x 49cm - plan for a pallet or kerbside delivery and two people to carry it in.
• Build in either the Maximum Accessibility layout (one grow space each side of the corridor) or Maximum Strength (two each side), following the Secret Jardin instruction sheet.
• Hang lights and filters from the handling poles using the 16 HookIT hooks and two pairs of StrapIT straps supplied; tidy cables with the 60 CableIT clips.
• Cut ducting openings at the mobile 315mm flanges where your fan and filter sit, and seal unused fixed ports.
• Clean the liner and canvas between cycles; the liner lifts out.
