Hard water already carries calcium and magnesium before you add anything. Feed a standard nutrient into it and EC climbs while antagonism between elements blocks uptake, showing as poor nutrient uptake, weak roots and slow growth despite a tank that reads healthy. How to Use

• Check your water first: measure source EC. Tap/Hard above 0.3, RO/Soft at 0.3 or below.
• Mixing: agitate until fully dissolved before adding any additive.
• Coco: feed at the chart rate through veg and bloom, watching runoff EC.
• Hydroponics: use as the standalone base, topping up the reservoir to maintain EC.
• Flowering: add Shine (PK 22-12) from week 3 of flower for fruit development.
