VitaLink Hydrate – Plant Drought Stress Additive

VitaLink Hydrate is a drought-stress bio-stimulant for plants that cannot always be watered on time — a grow left over a long weekend, an outdoor bed in a heatwave, or a system where the water supply might be interrupted. Rather than simply helping plants survive a dry period, it helps them store extra water and manage it better inside their tissues, so they keep photosynthesising and growing when moisture runs short. It works alongside your normal feed in hydro, coco and soil.

Why Do Plants Stall When They Dry Out?

Even a short drought triggers a stress response: stomata close, photosynthesis slows, new growth stops and flowering plants may drop flowers. Recovery can take days after the water returns. Hydrate prepares plants in advance, so a missed watering or a hot spell in the grow room or garden costs far less growth.

How to Use

• Low risk (short periods unattended, mild conditions): 2ml per 10L
• Medium risk: 4ml per 10L
• High risk (long periods unattended, heat, unreliable water supply): 6ml per 10L
• Always add to fresh solution, alongside your main nutrients. Shake well before use
• With VitaLink Chill or Heat: use half their dose rate and half the Hydrate rate — exceeding this can damage plants
• pH: adjust if needed to 5.8–6.5
