Canna Phosphorus (P 20%) Mono is a straight, single-element supplement rather than a complete feed - it lets you correct a specific phosphorus shortfall or give flowering a targeted push without changing the balance of everything else you're feeding. Being fully liquid, the phosphorus is readily available to the plant the moment it's watered in, driving the energy transfer (ATP), root development and flower formation that phosphorus underpins.

Spotting and fixing a phosphorus deficiency

Phosphorus deficiency tends to show as dark, dull or purplish-tinged leaves, slow growth and weak stems, and is often mistaken for a cold-related issue since low root-zone temperatures also reduce phosphorus uptake. Canna Phosphorus Mono corrects this directly, rather than adjusting your whole feed and risking other elements going out of balance.

How to Use

• Dilution: 10-20ml per 10 litres of water (a 1:1000 to 1:500 ratio), using the higher end for a more severe deficiency or a stronger flowering push.
• When: apply during watering as needed, not every feed.
• Caution: avoid overdosing - excess phosphorus can trigger secondary potassium, calcium and trace-element lock-out, so stay within range and watch plant response.
• pH: phosphorus uptake is best around pH 6.0-6.5 in soil/coco and 5.5-6.0 in hydro.
